I found two nice image that lead me toward a Dutch artist named Maurits Cornelis Escher, a lithograph specialist that have made many peculiar drawings.

The first is "Ascending and Descending", mostly known as the "Escher's Staircase". This lithograph represent what seems to be a small fort. Everything on it looks normal until you watch the roof. The roof is a geometrical impossibility. It is made of four stair, all going up and yet are connected on the four corners. Also, we can see faceless characters going up and down those in an endless loop. Creepy, yet very beautiful.

The other one is "Relativity"(add Escher to the research if you want to google it). This one is different from the first one. This building is geometrically possible, what isn't is the way the characters are interacting with it. Because of the position of the characters, it is impossible for us to determine where is the floor, the walls and the roof. It's too hard to describe, the best way for you to understand it is to see it. With some research, you can easily find some low res version of it.

Those images are only two of many. Some of them are incredible, some of them are realistic, and all the ones I have seen up to now are awesome. I wish you will try find some of his images, because they are really worth the time.
